Fabric description
Elegant and timeless Oat shade washed linen fabric is the perfect addition to your sustainable handmade capsule wardrobe. This oat shades features lots natural speckles which gives it a lovely colouring.
Linen fabric has a relaxed, casual look and feel, making it ideal for sewing clothing such as dresses, tops, trousers, playsuits but also bedding, and home accessories.
We love this natural fabric for its breathability and ability to keep you cool in hot weather. Made from flax plants this linen has a very soft handfeel and not scratchy at all, but also, the more you wear it the softer it becomes.
Please note this washed linen fabric is 135cm wide so do take it into account when choosing the right fabric quantity for your sewing project.
Although our linen fabrics have been washed to give them the softness and lovely handfeel, we would still recommend pre-washing your fabric to prevent any shrinkage.
