The Recess Play Trousers sewing pattern by Matchy Matchy are your go-to, easy-fitting everyday trousers with plenty of room for comfort.
They feature an elasticated waistband, slanted front pockets, and optional back pocket(s). A centre front and back leg seam makes them perfect for patchwork fun. The rise sits just below the natural waist for a relaxed fit.
The sewing pattern is drafted as full-length, giving you the option to wear them as is or cuffed. You can also easily shorten them to ankle length or lengthen them as needed. View A includes a 2″ (5 cm) wide hem, while View B adds a bit of flair with an elasticated mini peplum cuff.
