The period underwear pattern has a choice of high waist (finished with self-fabric band) or lower waist (finished with lace) and protection (day or night).
The pattern also includes easy-to sew reusable pad that you can wear with your regular underwear. Snaps help keep it in place and wings protect the edges of your underwear.
To sew these you will need 4 types of fabric: main fabric, lining, absorbent and barrier fabric.

- Main and lining fabric with over 50% stretch: 40cm-70cm each fabric
- Absorbent fabric: 30cm-60cm
- Barrier PUL fabric: 40cm-70cm

- 28 sizes included in the sewing pattern for teenagers (waist 53cm-68cm) and adults (EUR 34-56)
