Returns & Refund Policy

Cancelling order

Should you wish to cancel your order prior it being dispatched to you, please give us a call on +44 (0) 7789254396 as soon as you are able to. Once the order has been dispatched to you it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow returns policy below.

Change of mind

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us on [email protected] to request a returns instructions.

Please note that any postage costs incurred to return the items to us will be your responsibility. Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by us and will process a refund within 2 working days. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card. Note postage fees are non refundable.

Should you wish to exchange your order for another item please request a refund following above instructions and place new order for your preferred product.

Any returned items must be in their original packaging and unopened.

Damaged or faulty product

Should there be a fault with your products please contact us within 14 days after receiving your order on [email protected] stating your order number and photo of the faulty product. We will do our very best to offer a replacement of the product or issue a full refund including postage fees.

Please note, you will have to return the item before the replacement is sent out/refund is processed. Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm your parcel has been received by us and will resent a replacement or process a refund within 2 working days. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

Please check your fabrics before cutting or washing, once the fabric has been altered by you, we cannot accept a return and issue a refund.

Certain fabrics have natural markings which are natural characteristics of the fabric and are not considered as flaws. Should a fabric have these markings, it will be clearly stated on the product description. Please note, the fabric will not be classed as damaged due to these markings.

Incorrect order

If you have received wrong product or wrong quantity, please get in touch on [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to discuss either a refund, replacement or an exchange.

Exceptions and non-refundable items

Please note, fabrics cannot be returned once they have been cut into or washed.

Fabric samples, PDF patterns and Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
