Fabric description
The See You at Six French Terry fabric in the playful Wood Green Doggies print is a fantastic option for sewing transitional weather layers. It’s perfect for sewing cosy jumpers, cardigans, sweatpants, and jogging bottoms.
Each charming doggie measures approximately 9 cm in length, adding a fun and unique touch to your projects.
This French Terry fabric has a soft feel and a 4-way stretch, offering about 50% elasticity in all directions. It’s thicker than single cotton jersey or interlock but lighter than brushed sweatshirt fabric, making it an excellent choice for British weather, not too warm, not too cool.
You can easily recognise French Terry by the tiny loops on the reverse side of the fabric. These loops create space for air to circulate, making it breathable and insulating at the same time.
As always, See You at Six has created matching 2×1 ribbing, dyed to coordinate perfectly. It’s ideal for finishing touches like neckbands, waistbands, and cuffs, ensuring your garments have a professional and polished look.
