Fabric description
Fresh Mint Green Econyl fabric is ideal sports lycra fabric for sewing swimwear, sportswear, dancewear and gymnastics costumes.
This sustainable swimwear fabric is made from regenerated nylon fiber, it is chlorine resistant, sun cream and oil resistant as well as protects from UV. The fabric retains its shape and most importantly is 100% squat proof as it is dyed through.
Econyl fabric in Light is our lighter version of nylon fabric. If you are sewing swimwear with this stretchy fabric we would recommend either lining it with our econyl nylon lining or doubling up on the main swimwear fabric to give you all the support and coverage.
