See You at Six have used this ribbed fabric to create Trudy turtleneck from Wardrobe by Me and same pattern for the dress version, with adjustment of extending the length and adding side splits.

This See You at six rib knit fabric in black was designed to be used with See You At Six Floral Hydrony French Terry but of course, black colourway is always a wardrobe staple.
2×1 ribbing is most commonly used for cuffs, neckband and waistband on hoodies and sweatpants.
