Sorona is a bio based eco friendly substitute for spandex. Dressmaking fabrics made with Sorona have lovely stretch without any elastane and are very soft & supple. In addition, Sorona fabrics are lightweight & breathable, moisture wicking & quick drying, wrinkle & fade resistant.

This eco friendly fabric is a blend of linen, cotton, viscose and Sorona, which is a bio-based polymer that allows the fabric to have a stretch whilst keeping it elastane free.
This spring summer wardrobe staple fabric is incredibly soft, drapey, lightweight and breathable.

Sorona stretch linen fabric in white is our newest eco friendly fabric. This white linen blend is perfect dressmaking fabric for creating wardrobe staples such as white shirts and of course all holiday outfits.
Sorona Linen, a revolutionary sustainable fabric that combines the finest elements of linen, viscose, cotton and has stretch without any added elastane. It has a texture of linen slub and drape of viscose fabric, all whilst being soft to touch, breathable and moisture wicking .
