Delightfully stretchy, with a gentle drape, this rich Dark Mint tencel jersey is our favourite sustainable fabric for sewing PJs, luxurious t-shirts, long sleeve tops, dresses and even dressing gowns.Â
As this eco friendly fabric has over 70% stretch, it is just the best fabric for sewing turtlenecks.
Tencel jersey fabric is made from wood pulp, but dont let it fool you. It feels silky smooth and super soft like second skin.

Fabric description
Dark mint tencel modal jersey fabric is the latest addition to our sustainable fabric range.
Tencel jersey fabric is breathable and has high absorbing properties making it great sustainable fabric for sewing underwear, base layers, t-shirt and most luxurious t-shirts.
Added Elastane makes the fabric super stretchy with great recovery, so no more saggy elbows and knees. Tencel jersey is over 70% 4 way stretch fabric.
This jersey is made from Modal fibers, derived from Beech Wood, so the fabric has botanical origin. This means that it is biodegradable and compostable, both at home and industrial condition.
This sustainable fabric has been sourced directly from one of our trusted eco friendly fabric suppliers in Netherlands which manufacturing mills in Turkey.
